Cancellations & Rescheduling: I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the booked service and will not be able to rebook until balance is paid. No-Show Policy: No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount and may require a deposit before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment. Service Adjustments: If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me within 7 days so I can address them. Refunds are not provided on completed services.
